Dr. Chitrapongse Kwangsukstith

Dr. Chitrapongse holds a doctorate and master’s degree from the Faculty of Engineering, Lamar University, USA.

Along with sitting on the Board of Directors of PTT Public Company Limited, he has held many executive management positions at PTT Public Company Limited and partner companies, including Chairman of the Board of PTT International Company Limited, Chairman of PTT Energy Resources, Chairman of Sakari Resources Co., and Chairman of PTT FLNG. Dr. Chitrapongse served as Chief Operating Officer of Upstream Petroleum and Gas Business Group of PTT Public Company Limited from 2003-2009. He was President of PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited, a majority owned subsidiary of PTT Public Company Limited, from 2000-2003.

He currently sits on the Board of Directors of CIMB Thai Bank Public Company Limited.


Dr Metta Visessombat

After graduating with a doctorate degree in New and Renewable Energy from London, United Kingdom, Metta Visessombat, DSc. has had an illustrious career working in many countries all over the world, for such global powerhouses as PepsiCo International. Under PepsiCo, Dr. Metta oversaw the setting up of beverage factories in numerous countries in Africa, including Tanzania, Zambia and Kenya.

Dr. Metta is the Founder of Sepco Asia Group Plc., the company that designed, developed and manufactured the Pyrolysis Waste Plastic to Fuel Production System with R&D support and consultation from the Energy and Fuel from Biomass Center, Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University.

He is a Co-Founder Sepco Industries Co., Ltd., the new Joint Venture company set up to fully commercialize this project, and serves as our Vice Chairman. Furthermore, Dr. Metta will oversee all aspects of production, further R&D, and quality control of our waste plastic to fuel production system.

Mr. Tawat Kulabusaya

Mr. Tawat is one of the chief architects developing our waste plastic to fuel production process from its inception. As an independent engineer and researcher, Mr. Tawat has tirelessly worked for decades to perfect and optimize our pyrolysis process, consistently updating and modifying it through countless revisions towards maximum efficiency and environmental friendliness. This has been further facilitated through the cooperation of the Center of Energy and Fuels from Biomass of the prestigious Chulalongkorn University.
